In the ancient Vaishnava tradition, God (Krishna) is understood to have a personal form that is sacred and worshipable. One of the main goals of Vaishnavism is to develop a personal relationship with Lord Krishna, by learning how to serve Him with love and devotion. With this end in mind, the Deity of the Lord in the temple is worshiped, and by this practice the worshiper is purified.

The Vaishnava scriptures support the practice of Deity worship. for example in the Bhagavad-gita (9.26) Lord Krishna says, "If one offers Me with love and devotion a leaf, a fl ower, a fruit or water, I will accept it." Srila Prabhupada, the founder-acarya of ISKCON, writes in his commentary to this verse, "for the intelligent person, it is essential to be in Krishna consciousness, engaged in the transcendental loving service of the Lord, in order to achieve a permanent, blissful abode for eternal happiness."

In ISV, Lord Krishna and His eternal consort, Srimati Radharani (Sri Sri Radha - Madhana Mohan), are worshiped on the center altar. There are two more altars. On the right altar are Laxmi Nrisimha. On the left altar are Sri Sri Gauranga. Devotees make seven daily offerings of worship and specially cooked, pure vegetarian food and worship to the Deities. This daily program is performed by Vaishnava priests (pujaris).

The Deities clothes (which are hand-made) are changed twice a day. On festival days there are special feasts, and the Deities receive new clothes and paraphernalia.

are Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna, Krishna, Hare, Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama, Rama, Hare, Hare.

The right to freedom of speech is recognized as a human right under Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and recognized in international human rights law in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). The ICCPR recognizes the right to freedom of speech as "the right to hold opinions without interference. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression".

Furthermore freedom of speech is recognized in European, inter-American and African regional human rights law.

Lastly, dear touruniversal, I really think that you ought to find a way to prevent these Shaiva demons from polluting these sacred spaces. They're the only ones foolish and ignorant enough to take themselves seriously, but a video as beautiful and pure as this one should not have these stupid comments to it. Try to see if there is a way of blocking them from responding to your posts as they clearly cannot be relied on to display common decency by avoiding clips they disagree with.

Hare Krsna

And yes, expect no further replies from me; I have far better things to do than expend my valuable time responding to Shaivites or to Mayavadis.

This is my ultimate say on this. I'm not gonna engage idiots who can barely spell.

The caravan passes whilst the dogs bark. Shaivites are ingrown toenails, to be discarded and disregarded. They follow a false path not based on Vedanta and with no scriptural basis, and have the chutzpah to come spit out their moronic froth on a Vaishnava video.

I would not waste a precious second viewing a Shaiva clip, but look at the cheek of these hashish-smoking, ash-smeared clowns. They should just buzz off and concern themselves with their pseudo-siddhanta, as unwanted as they are here.
