This is a good intro to T-A. To learn more, i recommend Eric Berne's book, "Games People Play". It explains many games, but also other social transactions. It also defines units to measure social transactions.

In my opinion the TA concept should bring a revolution in communication between humans. In fact there are just people like you, who work on this. For me it`s just unbelievable part of life.

I really don´t understand why the TA doesn´t change our society for example the behavior between teachers and students.
Thought I'd drop in and learn something :)
