I wouldn't call this HIT. Its intense. But all the reps are performed too fast with not enough attention paid to the negatives.

Not for strength athletes? Dude what crack are you on?
If you truly new anything about arthur jones, you would know that he felt gains in mass were due to strength gains. HE INCREASED WEIGHT OR REPS EVERY WORKOUT OR HE PUSHED HIS TRAINEE HARDER!!!
HIT is for everything... I burn fat, build muscle/strength, vascularity, ALL AT THE SAME TIME!!!!

I recently started using the Arthur Jones type version of HIT training with my clients, and the resuls are unreal. I had one 6'2 210 safety gain 3/4 of an inch on his biceps after one workout! (measured 2 days later). Great for hypertrophy and building mass, not so much for strength athletes and power athletes.

I call BS 3\4 of an inch dosent come in a day it comes in months

No it can come in a day. Just not the way you work your arms.
You can literally gain an inch on your arms in about, say two weeks, if you have less than stellar genetics. It is possible it does happen.
It doens't take months of low intensity weight training to build some extreme size and power.
just like a month of High Intensity Training performed correctly to get results worth killing your grandma for..
