I did see the Secret Garden - both on Broadway and in London. It's really wonderful. Some think it's kind of schmaltzy but it has a female sensibility that many don't understand. It's gentle and wonderful. Pick up the cast recording of the B'way version, and you will find yourself playing it over and over.

Guess I'm in competition for Dickon! Saw it saw it in early 90's when it came to Washington DC- then again when it came to Baltimore. Love the score- love the play....

Mandy Patinkin's talent just leaves me in awe every time. He's just so fantastic, and his "A Bit of Earth" just touches me.

Oh wow! I never knew the Dr. Craven in this cast was also Cinderella's Prince in the OBC of Into the Woods.

I'm not a fan of the set at all. It's so messy, and I don't mean it looks like a mess... Too much is going on with the staging already, and the busy set just hurts my eyes.
