"floaty things" is the greatest concept - I just love that expression. And this video is really nice - you come from a very friendly place in addressing the audience, and the concepts are really important for people to learn. For the personal trust thing, though, it might be important to add that realistic expectations are also important - otherwise, people can set themselves up for failure because they can't meet their goal without some gradual change.

the subject about trust, i really like that. I do that alot, and i think that is a great example. It makes alot of sense about confidence and now that i think about it its true. I never thought of it that way before, ill take it into consideration next time i do something like that...
