Partner stretching is a great method, the challenge is that most people don't stretch and usually don't have a partner. I think it would be great to show methods to accomplish this on your own.

"warm up first, a cold muscle is like a dry rubber band" Ok perseveranceprevails that was an interesting thought. But could u please define what a cold muscle is? The normal body temperature is 37 degress is that cold? And i would like to ask what scientific studies you have based your statement on?

ur right the muscles literally are not cold, but one should not rise out of bed and go attempt their 1REP MAX in squats of 500lbs, your warm up for squats could be bodyweight squats or perhaps one plateyour muscle become more pliable through that specific range of motion for that exercise movement generates heat thus warming your muscle. this is taught by can fit pro, and acms, 4 personal trainers

the advice is for whoever can use it, if you think its not benefical, pass it by and move on
