Interesting scrolling multiscreen effect, never saw that presentation before. Go Mentzer!

Actually that one set rule which you mentioned is only for the experts. One set could really end up killing you if you complete it improperly.

Hi there!! Thanks for the messages. :-)
With regard to this comment, how do you associate the "one set rule" to being "only for the experts"??? Do you maybe mean one REP?? If one set could really end up killing you, I can only image what 5 or 10 sets would do. :-)
Please watch my "Workout Tips #2" clip and let me know if that helps. It talks about sets and reps... and a whole bunch more.
Thanks again!! :-)

this type of volume is not approved by the late Mike Mentzer. you only need one high intensity set per bodypart to elicit a growth response. Three sets per bodypart spells overtraining.

Oh no you di-ent! You just quoted Mentzner, as if he were some sort of expert?
PW, seriously, you just lost any credibility right there. Most bodybuilders are so ignorant of what it actually takes to get big because it really doesn't matter what they do. They get results in spite of their stupidity.
