You are doing a great job with these videos. I know you are helping people John. I am a scientist and do research on LGMD.. mainly LGMD2I. Keep up the good work.
I have Limb and Girdle MD too so I basically go up the stairs the exact same way as you. I use my wrists, ankles, knees; anything I can.
These are good videos and I think your effort to keep your physical strength is awesome :)
