Rumi Poem, Iranian Music and Divine Dance

Back

This video is on the theme of divine love, unity, oneness and the similarity of nations / religions. My only message,is that we all are ONE, but have different ways to express the VERY same feeling of longing for finding the divine within and melting with IT. My purpose in making this video was to share the feeling of UNITY and to show how similar we are.

God is separate from nothing and nothing is separate from God. We are all ONE. Nothing else matters. God loves every human being who ever lived, lives now, or ever will live.

Images are from various artists, found by google search.

The texts in the clip are written by me, Aida.

The music is from the album tittled
"Gift Of Love Vol.1". The Artist is Deepak Chopra. The track name is "Agony And Ecstasy Of Divine Discontent". The poem is by Rumi, recited by Madonna. The singer and the Music are Iranian.

~~~~~~~ Please ENJOY :))
After almost 500 comments some people are still arguing and insulting each other. I have no choice but disabling comments on this video to somehow stop this meaningless discussion.
Peace starts within each one of us, when we have inner peace, we can be at peace with those around us. You become what you believe, not what you wish or want, but what you TRULY believe. Never forget that our beliefs can move us forward in life, or they can hold us back. The choice is yours.
dear afghan 088 at the time of rumi balkh was persia not afghanistan or iran. it was persia. and you obviously are not listening to his messages. after he met shams tabrizi he left all his wordly pocessions. even where he was from. his message is for everyone and every being. quit being so ignorant. if you knew what his message was about you wouldnt be so nationalistic. go claim barzai or someone else for rumi was everyones. and the title does not say rumi is iranian just the music is.openureyes
"Were dancing like Divine told us to" No! you dancing like Idiots! and use Divine Creature as an excuse just to dance like crazy people!!
If you see an Homeless guy dancing an Unknown dance and saying that he is pleasing the Divine ones with his dance and of course you laugh at him! Why!? He looks stupid and God is not there to give him home!
I know most of people know his as a Iranian , but please try to be fair we know that he was a very famouse personality, but he was not from Iran, Balkh was not part of Iran on that time it was all called "Khurasaan Zameen" all together.
afghan088, Rumi says Not Christian or Jew or
Muslim, not Hindu, Buddhist, sufi, or zen.
Not any religion or cultural system.
I am not from the East or the West
not out of the ocean or up from the ground.
Not natural or ethereal, not composed of elements at all.....
And you,afghan088,watch your language and
be nice to people next time that you leave a comment.
Rumi has freed himself from every concept. It's so funny that some people still argue about his name and nationality. What a meaningless discussion.
He said once, I Do NOT EXIST.
afghan088 (March 25, 2008 at 5:04 pm)
also i wanted to add if he did not exist as u say why do ppl write he is from iran and this video is titled iran u need to remove that he is from balk afghanistan ! so dont put that get ur facts right
Aida0 (March 25, 2008 at 7:54 pm)
afghan088, The video isn't titled Iran. The music is Iranian music and the singer is Iranian too. You don't expect me to refer to an iranian music as afghan music just to please you. Do you?
By the way, It's obvious that you don't understand Rumi's message. And I am not going to discuss it here with you. You are probably more interested in his country , not his message.
afghan088 (March 25, 2008 at 5:03 pm)
