they told me i had vestibular neuritis as well but then after a 6 months they said it cant be cause neuritis doesnt last that long. So now they think its utricular vertigo, but i feel like im going to pass out througout the day so i dont know. Do you feel weak and fatigued?

did this help you? I have been going through hell with this dizziness for the past 8 months. Please respond im so desperate for some relief. Going out of my mind. The dr tells me i have utricular vertigo, i dont want to live like this the rest of my life.

My diagnosis is vestibular neuritis. I haven't actually tried the rowing machine yet but vestibular rehab seems to be helping some. It's difficult but I am showing improvement, small so far but measurable. Good luck to you. It's a bigger burden than I'd ever have expected.

Does this exercise help you ? I've been diagnosed with vestibular nerve damage and can no longer run to stay in shape. I need something I can do, even better if it helps with the balance. thanks.
