I was looking over some of the comments about the weight of a bag. I was wondering if the same applies for standing punching bags. Im 6'1 225, would a 100lbs. bag be good enough for me?

I would not focus too much on the weight of the bag, especially considering the standing bag will not move as much as a free hanging bag. focus more on your punching techniques

the most ive seen is 100 but ive heard of 120
but i have also read that anyone over 170 should be alright with the 100 pound bag
a 100 pound is usually the best bet
