Great drills. Perfect way to practice movement without a partner. I'll be incorporating this in practice starting tomorrow. Love to seeing new ways to drill the basics that don't require a partner (though this would also be perfect to use with a live partner also). Thanks for posting this.

I've had the good fortune to train with nick on a few occasions(wing chun, not bjj) He can hit rather hard. If you're anywhere near london you should look him up.
