Reading some of the comments on this page, I thank Jesus Christ that I'm a Christian and not a just a Presbyterian. You can be a Christian without being a Presbyterian and you can be a Presbyterian without being a Christian.

If the girl in this video isn't a Christian, we should be praying for her. Jesus Christ didn't call the woman at the well a whore, and he didn't call the woman he saved from being stoned a whore. He spoke to them in love and told them about the way the truth and the life.

christianity is a cult made the belief in heaven in hell was created so that cristianity could contorl your life. Meaning if you dont follow their rules and do what they say u go to hell and will burn forever for iternety. basicly they thought of the worst thing that could happend.

If you think this woman is dressed like a whore you've got some serious issues, my man. Oh, she's tacky all right, but a whore? I grew up immersed in Calvinism, and I don't ever recall the Hodges, Boettner, Clark or Hendriksen that uncharitable. She just needs to cover up her bra straps, that's all.

If you want to see videos about what Presbyterians really believe, then visit my channel page. True Presbyterians are Calvinists, and they don't waste their time with this type of nonsense, and they don't let their women dress like whores.

Naming: Presbyterians don't prohibit (responsible) use of alcohol (unlike some teetotaling denominations). And Presbyterians traditionally are noted for simplicity in worship style, architecture, vestments, singing, etc. So the drink perhaps fits the image of a Presbyterian. I agree the name suits it better than Pentecostal, Baptist, Anglican, or Catholic! I hope we can get a series of drinks named for various Christian denominations so I can invite all my friends over for an ecumenical party.

Actually, a "Presbyterian" should be about 2 fingers of a Single-Malt Scotch, straight. No chaser. No complaints.

why is it called a presbyterian?

the reason for the ice.... it keeps the drink colder so you dont end up with a watery mess. colder drink keeps the right taste. also, the counts of alcohol are meant for a glass thats filled with ice, so less ice, and same count you get too much "mixer" in it
