Why won't my denomination, the PCUSA, follow Abraham and preach justification by Faith Alone (Gen. 15:6)? Why do they continue to have homosexual clergy (Rom. 1:26-29), women ministers (I Cor. 14:34; I Tim. 2:12), and a lack of Biblical exhortation (2 Tim. 4:1-2). This man sounds like a presidential candidate (i.e., change), not a herald proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ. Remember, you cannot separate Christ from Christ's teachings (Mark 8:38). God help us before our denomination dies.

Thanks for taking the time to comment on the vid. Just a couple of thoughts. While I very much agree that issues around homosexuality are on the forefront of many people's minds, though I never mention it in this video, I think the ordination of women is not longer one at at great level. I would be curious is this is still being talked about in your congregation or amongst your peers. As far as the denominations life in the future, I am not about saving the denomination, but may come . . .

Peers yes, church no (though it agrees with the Literal-Historical-grammatical perspective). And I appreciate the story of your parents and family. Thank you for that. I think we need to again stand up and proclaim the Scriptures in a faithful and consistent manner (As Calvin, Knox, and the Biblical Heroes). "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything." I feel and statistics confirm we are falling, not standing for the truth (John 14:6). Praying for your ministry. God Bless

I think the comment underneath mine by "sacuypunk" confirms what I am saying. Is that the language we use to confront and change the culture (Ephesians 4:29)? Are we salt and light or darkness? What is even sadder is that "Saucypunk" and her congregation probably does not even believe in a "hell," even though Jesus Christ Himself clearly affirmed and espoused this (Matt. 13:42; 25:41; Luke 16, etc...), as does the Westminster Standards and all presbyterians till 80 years ago.
