Corn Chowder
A creamy and filling soup - goes good with masala/spicy bun. Perfect for a lazy cosy evening!
~~~Ingredients~~~
Butter - 100g
Onions - 2 large
Garlic cloves - 4
Potatoes - 2 large
Fresh or frozen corn - 3 dL
Canned corn - 400g
Cream - 1 dL
Cumin - 2 tbs
Vegetable stock - 1 cube
Cayenne pepper - 1 tbs
Water - 500ml x 2
Salt to taste
Parsley (fresh or frozen) - 3 tbs
