I just came across eft yesterday. It sounds like the answer i am looking for to deal with my uncontrolable negative memories that just pop into my head. I desparatly want to rid myself of them and believe that this will be a very positive way to do that.

I'm no expert, but how about changing the words to suit your situation and do the same tapping? See if that works. I like Brad's positive statements, so create statements about how you'd like to feel.

Wow! I discovered EFT last year and it enabled me to get beyond driving anxiety. In So. CA with so many places to go this was holding me back.
Now today I was lead to this video from a blog link. This was fabulous. I learned a variation on the tapping I had been doing. Thanks Brad.
