I understand your situation,we the striking workers here in Nestle Phils,. Cabuyao plant were on strike since January 14, 2002. Nestle refused to Recognized the 1991 Supreme Court decision on our retirement Plan.Our Union President Diosdado "Ka Fort"Fortuna was Assassinated last Setember 22,2005.Last March26,2008 The Supreme Court renderd it's decision that the Retirement Plan of the Strikng Workers are Valid CBA ISSUE.We are not benefiting to it bec. of Nestle's influence to the Arroyos Govt.

When I told the WGA that as a producer it appears I have been blacklisted on some level by supporting them, they stopped communicating with me.
Fuck them.
They lied to their membership and called a strike days after they said they wouldn't -- tricking them into signing authority.
They betrayed editors for America's top model who supported them.
