Business Coach and Life Coach - Bill Cawley
BackLearn more about Bill Cawley at
In this video, motivational speaker and peak performance coach Bill Cawley introduces himself and tells the story of his recovery following a life-changing accident 15 years ago.
What seemed like a simple dive from a dock on the New Jersey shore went tragically wrong, and Bill Cawley sustained a spinal cord injury which left him a quadriplegic.
After doctors told him it was time to "scale back his dreams," Bill found a way to regain his independence and achieve his goals in business and in his personal life.
Bill Cawley shares his story and explains how he found the strength and strategies needed to overcome this challenging situation, and how we can all achieve success and happiness using the same approach.
He also explains why even times of great adversity are actually "motivational neutral," and how we can use this insight to achieve our dreams.

Just what I needed to hear! Went back to school when I was 52 to get my NP degree. Now, I am having difficulty finding the right position - it is discouraging - but certainly not what you have faced. This is not the only challenge I have had - I have had almost more than I can count. I could choose to be a victim - but as you said why not victor instead? You should be proud indeed. Congratulations -

And I thought I had problems I had to overcome. Courageous man, and certainly an example of motivation in deed, not just words.
