I believe you are right. It looks like she was betting 100 pennies, but that $835.06 was probably what she was supposed to get. When I sit down to a progressive machine, I would expect that big number flashing to be the jackpot. In this single instance here, I believe the machine just malfunctioned. I've gotten royal flushes before betting $5, and all I got was $4000...but I knew that's what the top prize was supposed to be.

If you screw up your screwed. If the casino screws up your still screwed.

Her bet was 100 pennies. Look at 2:50 it says bet was 100 credits, so she was probably betting the maximum. Either way, I'm not going here when I go to Vegas.

what a moron to think she can win a million dollars off a royal flush with a penny!! Usually when things seem too good to be true, they usually are...

Don't worry Fiesta...it's gonna cost you a million one way or another. I won't spend a dime in your casino now that I've seen this video. I'm sure there will be others to follow. You should pay that woman..you stole from her

I think that is unfair. Not only did she win a million if you ask me and she also played with a broken machine wich really should put some bills for the casino. She should really get the jackpot and the casino should also pay her for the suffering and wasting money for the machine while she was playing.

The Nevada Gaming board is corrupt. Of course they already decided in casino's favor. That is so fucked up! Another reason never to play slots. It's just giving away your money. Learn table games and actually win for a change.

IF she wins her case, that attorney is going to get most of the money
redheadcrusader (November 28, 2008 at 12:16 pm)
The attorney will be able to sue the Casino for course of action to pay off the dues as damages. Attorney's only take a percentage of the sum when there is lump sum fought over. When it is an established prize, the defendant is owed their money.
