Harmony: The Quest For Companionship

Back

Harmony: The Quest For Companionship was born out of my interest in Comparative Mythology and the Hero's Journey, the ideas presented by C.G. Jung in the Collective Unconscious, as well as Joseph Campbell.

It all began by a great research on the topic, trying to focus in the most important and relevant points of someone's (the hero's) journey.

The animation process was long and hard for me, since I had little to no experience in classical animation, but the chances it gave me were amazing! The project was completed successfully and on time, giving me a nomination for Best Project Management! - which is kind of silly, really...

I hope you all find this a little interesting :) Please, comment!!

Separation is perceived - just as we have anima/animus in each of us and yin/yang in each of us, there is no true separation. I like the music and the graphics, including the mandala. Thanks. I'm a true JC fan. Campbell was one of my first mentors - though it was him in print!

but theres no duality, thats the illusion, especially according to joseph campbell

Duality being the illusion that is this "reality," and myth being an expression, the rainbow bridge, to that realm where there is no time, no space. The journey within.

enlightenment, peace, buddhahood, christ consciousness, krishna consciousness.
none of these are atainable.
if you try to attain them then they are subject to the dual concept of attainment.
