BackSometimes as a freelancer, you are forced to film horrible, horrible things.
This is the Liverpool BodySoc performing Jazz dance to a variety of songs. This is what "educated" people are calling "Jazz Dancing".

wow, I thought for beginners and a group just doing this for fun they did fine. I danced for 17 years but have been out for 15. I was going to put together a dance for a cast party but now I'm thinking maybe not because I would be about on their level. Then again, I don't have to dance to compete, now I get to do it for fun. Who cares about the haters, at least I'm willing to get up there and dance!

For your information. Bodysoc is a society where students go to have fun. They aren't serious dancers they are students of english, law, geography, psychology, medicine, archeology etc not students of dance. Most haven't ever danced before, and this show is at the end of a couple of months of learning. Lighten up.

Um white people can dance. I'm a white girl who has danced for more than 10 years. Dancing is a lot harder than it looks so don't just blame it on them being white

dancing is about having fun and thats what everyone on this video is doing. This was done for fun and to raise money for charity, which it succeeded in.
The complete w****r who filmed it on the other hand claims to be a professional. He was paid and frankly the quality was awful and none of the DVDs worked! As for slagging it off on the internet afterwards - i think he needs to re-evaluate his definition of professionalism!

I was a member of a high school run dance club up until last year and I know that not being a professional school is no excuse for shoddy work! The choreography and costumes are not the fault of the dancers, but the lack of energy, timing and accuracy is. They're not working hard enough. You'd dance this way in rehearsal, not on stage!
