and also the more muscle you have the more fat you burn so make sure you still eat properly for cardio diet i eat red meats cut down on starchy foods that store and dont burn off as fast like potatoes for example n1 for vid

Hi Yuri, is it still beneficial if I mix strength training with HIIT, one session after the another in the same hour rather than alternating days for strength & HIIT in a week?

i have a question! i heard that HIIT has an afterburn so it burns calories after you do it for a like a day. I just did HIIT it was hard but i got thorough it. Its been an hour now and I feel fine... Are you supposed to feel the afterburn burning calories or what??

I don't understand..Does cardio only burn calories...or does it burn fat? because one hour of walking is 150 calories...1 hour running is around 400....but that's not a lot because you need to burn more than you intake...and burning 400 calories is like one meal...

Your body burns calories throughout the day regardless of exercise. If you were to take in around 1800 calories a day and burn off 400-500 you would still loose weight.

youre right about the circuit training, but running does help. Not normal running, but sprinting. I sprint up a hill and walk back and do that 8 times.
