I'm curious, where does the atheist's idea of morality originate? What is wrong with murder and what is wrong with acting unjustly (and what is justice anyway?)? If we came into existance for no purpose at all why would it matter if we all rip each other apart and die? What is morality? A selfish instinct to survive? Atheists, please help me out...

you asked who created God, well no one did why? because he is God. If he was created than he wouldn't be God

people thirst for Jesus, but they may not realize it. some people feel as though there is something missing from life, and that is Christ. He is wonderful, just pray to Him.

Sorry, I don't have this "thirst". I'm very happy of my life and very happy that I'm not one of those brainwashed believing masses.

i agree that it's best to accept that there might be other possibilities,a nd science does that, there are countless thories explaining the same event, but the difference between believing in something throguh faith or through sciece is that in science you can use your theory. For example you can believe god made everything... ok, so what? what can you use this for? it won't matter if you say that it was god, the easter bunny or a qunatum molecule, but if you say that life developed through cont

evolution, we can right away use this theory to predict how species might change in the future, discover how certain bacteria adapt to certain chemicals, not to emntion the countless mathematical models creted made with the help of this theory. You can easily believe in anything you want, and live happily but it will limit your view of the world in the long run, since first human interpretations are often wrong.

Just as scientific knowledge has numerous uses so would definitive knowledge about the spiritual or lack there of. Firstly imagine all the benifits to man kind if we could present unquestionalbe proof that there is no spiritual existance of any kind nor any form of God. No more religious wars, no more religious racism and equality in so many places where religious law rules giving certain people unfair rights (i.e. Islamic nations that oppress women). The benifits of proving there is no cont:-

cont:- God are huge. Now veiw the possible advantages of proving there is a spiritual existance or some varity of God(dess). If a true religious path could be identified it could unite all peoples as equals (because surely if there was a truely good God(dess) then it would uphold obvious morals such as equality or else it wouldn't be good). All the benifits I mentioned for proving atheism would also apply if it were a truely good God(dess) since it would teach such morals/behaviour. cont:-
