Because GENERALLY all of you black homophobes sound alike when it comes to the subject of gays and lesbians.

You remind me of the military father living next door to Kevin Spacey in that movie American Beauty. *hint hint*

"...Nobody does the 19th century backwards thinking DL-er thing like black people do, and this is a black person saying this."

no, it's a bitter gay person (who might be black) saying that. LOL

"You sound like a teen so you should concentrate on getting to college because that would help you to grow up!"

...coming from a flaming moron who starts off his argument with "Whatever!"

btw, i LUV how you bitch & cry about homophobia...and then generalize black people in the same breath. :D

Whatever! Nobody does the 19th century backwards thinking DL-er thing like black people do, and this is a black person saying this.

You sound like a teen so you should concentrate on getting to college because that would help you to grow up!

Effeminate black men were the best and the most famous one is Prince, someone who's effeminate AND straight.

You need a little Sylvester in your life with a side of Ru Paul, there is no benefit in rejecting black flaming gay men or lesbian women

It was just an illusion that there was good music back in those days.
Today's crap (compared to this) is what the music industries now has to offer.
Modern Talking,Fancy,Imagination was just an illusion

jrmetmoi, one day you're going to have to GROW UP and stop crying "homophobia" every time somebody criticizes gay culture and you can't handle it.

i stand by my original words; that early 80's trend of effeminate black men was HORRIBLE (no matter HOW many celebs you name). i'm glad it's over...despite liking & appreciating songs like this one.

oh and how stupid are you for blaming only black men for "DL"? every race has the DL problem (men AND WOMEN).

Yea... It was used for the end credits... I remember the two main characters were driving through the Swiss countryside, as the movie faded out.
