'Holy Smokes' Hurricane Dean from Space

Back

The crewmembers aboard the space station took a short break Saturday to get a look at the storm from their vantage point. Even from space, the storm expected to reach the Gulf of Mexico Aug. 21 and gain strength as a potential Cat 5 storm, impresses the crew with its size.

I am amaze how far humans have gone in technology, just imagine the excitement of even seeing space for the first time? We've set foot on the moon, put rovers on mars, sent our technology to Jupiter and beyond?

The thing that makes me sad is that there are looneis out there who still don't believe in space travel, that is very insulting for those who work their butts off everyday to expand our knowledge.
