This is very close to the truth. It also is funny when the baby boy is in a crib and the stream shoots up and is seen from the side so that all you see is the crib and the stream shooting up.

I just saw it today and nearly fell out of my chair. Love how the baby laughs as if he had done the greatest thing ever.
