Gestalt and such techniques has been prooven to increase the negative feelings (if you use it to get rid of anger, frustration etc) since the mind rehearses the feelings. if you want to feel good and such NLP is the only logical choice or some meditation etc

NLP works but not with your attitude. with your attitude nothing will work. I can only hope you will change it

you people are ridiculous... this is actually a great example of Gestalt Therapy... anyone who says it isn't obviously knows nothing about it... it completely embodies what Gestalt is.

great way to make money if your practicing. but if your the one who needs help this stuff is a waste of time. go learn about NLP.

Indeed. I believe the gestalt therapists intentions are all good. If you rehearse bad feelings the will get stronger! It has been proven. Gestalt therapy rehearses it. You don't want to rehearse bad feelings EVER. Learn NLP its the one thing that can give you true control and freedom. Richard Bandler has some new cool books out, check out amazon
