One of the greatest people of our time. What inspired me about him is his sincere feelings. I don't know, but his approach is just so rare, I think. It's worthwhile to try and understand it. It would be a terrible shame if such philosophy would become lost over the ages. The philosophy of kindness underlines all religion -- I think Gandhi understood that very well. And that so often people fight and kill for the stupidest reasons like differences in scripture, or STUFF like land...etc God bless.

India always had English speakers, because of Britain's presence there for nearly 300 years; but Remember, Gandhi was a lawyer who spent more than 20 years in South Africa-What a blessed and noble man.

Gandhi isnt the father of Indira Gandhi, that is Jawaharlal Nehru, he changed his childrens surnames to Gandhi.
