How so very true!! By letting go, we grow as A person and A race. What happens in each and everyone's lives, happens for A reason. We learn from it and it makes each and everyone of us stronger to face A new day.

In the end you are what you think.How's forgiving to end those deeds that will in turn need forgiving again,and again.I see how it does liberate oneself,I fail to see how it effectively will,Zenlike,eliminate the need to forgive at all.There's power in fury,often misdirected.Resentment contains vast energies that are regularly tapped for desirable results:Ugly one studies,succeeds;while Attractive simply fades into old age.Poor and derided rise to glory,thanks to same Energy.Good vid,though:-)

Forgiveness is forgiveness of oneself for condemning and judging our fellow brothers and sisters. Forgive yourself, then forgiving others is a slam-dunk. THAT is liberation. That is peace realized. Blessings to all and thx BF GRLS!

This is a fantastic vid, and I agree with the beliefs expressed in the vid. However, I do not believe in forgetting senseless acts of cruelty, hate, apathy and aggression committed by antagonists and abusers for to do so empowers these ghoulish individuals to harm again. I've been there and no one should be subjected to that behavior. Hope my point of view does not detract from the overall feeling of this vid.
