Carol Burnett Show-Mama's Birthday, Part 2
BackI think Eunice is justified in this skit. After all, the flyswatter was just a joke gift. Ellen and Mama can be such bitches! Part 2 of 2.

Well, poosaypirate, I'd have to say this is the best Mama's Family sketch I've ever seen. You fuckin' tease.

This episode started off funny but when you get into it. you really do feel bad for Eunice. I mean dammit she did do the best she could. ain't got much either.

IS it me or at 1:06-1:08, u can see the mic at the top, or is that something else? This show is extemely funny.

no, because art imitates life, in theater its called the suspension of disbeleif. that means people in reality KNOW its a sitcom einstein, but people will continue to talk about the interations of the carictures in those sitcoms, get it?
poosaypirate (September 7, 2008 at 5:58 pm)
so basically, you would be the " Ellen" in the family, then, korrekt?
poosaypirate (September 7, 2008 at 5:56 pm)
what the fuck are you talking about and on which planet are you? why do u think they made a spin off on this sketch and created an own show? - people loved it

HAHAHA a FLY-SWATTER?! c'mon, eunice!!!
will NEVER be CB. Burnett had/has more talent
in her baby toe than that overrated roster has
in their entire body. Her comedy - like Keaton, Chaplin and Gleason - is about the pathos underneath. Steve Martn, Billy Murray and Tina Fey wouldn't even begin to understand this kind of work. This is what separates the clever from true artists.
