ive got a gymball and this a is really good vid! i know some other streches you can do with weights and strechbands! their really good! The 1st time i went on a gymball i kept fallin off haha idiot! :)

thanks for the vid, but disappointing that 3 of the exercises were just about identical and one required a medicine ball. not exactly the "10 exercises" i would actually do back to back.
