I just left this company....Want the truth? Hope you don't get one from the "REXON" rework list. HINT: "clunk" "clunk". By the way, good luck with getting customer service for this unit. Vision ellipticals are not as revolutionary as the cg2...no way. The cg2 is whisper quiet, heavy, sturdy, and actually cheaper than it should be. Precor is ok, but it's too long and way too expensive at 6500.00

Definitely gotta give props for this machine. Gives me a great workout..it's really easy on the joints. Doesn't take up that much space at all and it looks good on top of it.

nice machine. It has a smooth natural feeling with no jerky motion and very quiet.
