i recently got out of a relationship, and i started reading this book as it came to an end. it helped immensely becuase it awakened me to the fact that my whole relationship was based on ego and the physical presence of one another. but in he wasn't even REALLY there. and this book filters through what is what. it's incredible.

I have to commend Oprah for being the messenger with her "endorsement" of Mr. Tolle's books. I watch Oprah once in a while and one of the days I happened to watch the show I heard her talk about his new book "A New Earth". I immediately ordered it and "The Power of Now". I have now read both books and am on this site.... I feel so fortunate to have this knowledge. I had been looking to move ahead and these books were wonderful. Thank you Eckhart and Oprah for making me aware of this philosophy.

the wonderful thing about Oprah's 'endorsement' of A New Earth is how it is impacting an entire new culture of people reaching to make connection with the present moment through Eckhart's work.
Just the other day I saw a very rushed, busy, and beautiful business woman very dutifully picking out A New Earth at a book store. I thought, "Oprah.. you saint."

Oprah and Eckhart reaching millions....Do you see how amazing this is? This IS world transformation!!! Don't listen to fear! Let the old be dead and invite in the new...its here!!!

The Truth as Eckhart realises he is, cannot be touched by anything or anyone. There is no way that Oprah or anyone else can "get in the way" of true presence. Whatever appears with the forms does not matter....the presence does its work
