Fantastic video, although I doubt that with my gracefulness of a gorilla and flexibility of a wooden board I would ever be able to repeat all the moves...:(

OMG! I remember when Comcast cable had this workout on Demand. I did it every night when I got in from work! Its fun and it really helps you with your hips and belly. Unfortunately, Comcast no longer has it on Demand, but I recorded it! Its fun!

you really lost 10 pounds in a month cause of this workout??? wow...how often did u do it? and how long? did u eat wat u wanted or like were u on a diet???

course u have to watch ur diet...not much sweets, low carb, if i eat sweets or carbs, i worked out using 30mins of fat burning. ordinary days, i do it for one hour...every cd lasts 30mins and i pause 5mins and continue with either abs&arms or buns&thighs, so i used 2 cds in a day..always use fat burning first then another cd.i think u wont eat anymore after working out coz u totally see the result after ur workout and the technique is breathing in the nose and exhale in mouth.
