Extremely stupid Crowd and guard AI, Even after 5 games ubisoft still hasnt improved AI issues. You steal a cell a and all the crowd does is look stupidly at you and then follows you for a few yard, WTF! when the guard comes "whered he go?" JESUS! hes the bearded guy with the hoodie! and which fugitive will draw attention by STEALING STUFF IN BROAD DAYLIGHT! WTF! WTF! but itll be gr8 wen they fix these minor issues.

the main goal is still stealth, they just improved the unarmed combat system using concepts from fighting games
