My son (11) was playing my guitar in his lap. I told him I had something to show him, which was this video. I first heard Jeff Healy back in the late 80's, but had no idea he had recently passed. Amazing artist, reminds me of Jimi Page and Stevie Ray Vaughn kinda mixed together, altogether unique though. Definitely not an imitator. Absolutely amazing bends of vibrato. R.I.P.

sorry folks, but he was a friend of mine, and he is from canada, not the u.s. we met through doyle bramhall. he was a great person, and totally giving in every aspect.
