The Conflict of Learning Theories with Human Nature
BackHere George Siemens states that traditional learning theories (behaviourism, cognitivism, constructivism) conflict with the human need for externalization of knowledge. Active knowledge creation needs externalization rather than internalization which has been the main view of traditional learning theories.
