Great passive responses to some hater comments. Very effective. You have to admit some of those excercises really were silly looking bordering the gay look.

Thanks for your comments. These exercises are functional for any sport that needs hip drive, lateral agility, a strong core and upper body. Wrestling, Football,Rugby, skiing, skating etc. Try it.Look at the general movt patterns of your sport and apply the circuit. You can get more specific as needed and adjust the exercises.

e.g. I am guessing many of these exercises are for skiing/skating of some form!

Mate stoaked you have posted some usefull exercise ideas up. Ignore the ridiculous comments made by some of the other users.
Just a word of advice, if you ever to title an exercise video "functional" you must mention what the exercises are functional for. Not doing so gives the uneducated the misconception that any exercise incorporating the use of a medicine ball, fitball or other tool is functional training.

Sorry you didn't like it. You must have a lot of expertise in this topic. I must have missed your presentation at the last big strength and conditioning conference.

I suppose this training is functional if the goal is to look like a retard

It wasn't that heavy. I think it was only about 40 or 45lbs. The circuit was done between clients and after a few other short videos. I know, excuses, excuses....
