What's sad is that Catholic faith, like some others, is perverted from following and providing proof of mans word rather than Gods. Reading the bible, instead of going on words of men will really clear up all these misconceptions of praying to Mary, unknown salvation, baptism, confirmation and so forth. God's word is truth, so read and provide that as proof.

None of your quotes were from the bible only from man. Maybe you should look into finding answers in the word of god.

If you were a real "Bible-based Christian" you would venerate Mary and the Saints and you would recognize the Pope as the head of the Church...Sadly most protestants just quote some verses out of context and completely ignorant of exegesis...Read your Bible!

Tradition is as much the Word of God as the Bible. unless you think that everything Jesus said in the 40 days after His Resurrection was not important. lol. silly prots. and you don't even have a complete Bible. you take luther's version. and he was a fat drunk that patronized brothels. lol

I think this video was wonderfully done...whether or not you believe in this person's faith does not give you the right to disrespect it. Calling the Catholic Church a whore does not diminish the church, but rather, diminishes you.

they are just misinterpreting the Bible, as prots tend to do.

The Greek word in this passage is horos. Of the sixty-five occurrences of this word in the New Testament, only three are rendered "hill" by the King James Version. The remaining sixty-two are translated as "mountain" or "mount." If the passage states that the Whore sits on "seven mountains," it could refer to anything. Mountains are common biblical symbols, often symbolizing whole kingdoms. The Whore's seven mountains might be seven kingdoms she reigns over.

Vatican City is not built on seven hills, but only one: Vatican Hill, which is not one of the seven upon which ancient Rome was built. Those hills are on the east side of the Tiber river; Vatican Hill is on the west.

study so geography dude. Rome sits on seven hills. the Vatican sits on ONE. making a total of 8! therefore this verse CANNOT be takling about the Church. i can't stand people who say something w/o researching it. you look foolish!
