Good coaching and the focus is on stance and footwork. The young dude has a flat left foot and his legs are too far apart. However...great advice by the coach.

This guy is good at teaching the fundamentals. However I highly discourage any one from leaning back from the right hand especially if you do it multiply times, maybe once or twice.
I don't want to be the guy who give advice on YouTube, I only say don't lean back because I have been drilled HARD many of times as well as drilled others by doing so. I guess if your range is right it's not a problem, but who has perfect range all the time? Why risk it?

this is the stuff mayweather does if u watch him its like he is boring but his defense is a level above
im a hatton fan but in that fight after round 5 you saw his defense paying off he was still fresh and able to throw in the later rounds
