3D Medical Animation Cesarean Birth (C-section)

Back

This 3D medical animation shows the common indications for a cesarean delivery, including dystocia, placenta previa, fetal distress and multiple births. A cesarean section (c-section) surgery to deliver a baby in frank breech (feet first) position is also shown. During the procedure, the surgeon (usually an obstetrician/gynecologist, i.e. ob/gyn) makes an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus in order to deliver the baby. The animation also includes information on what to expect before and after the surgery. See more 3D medical animations from Nucleus Medical Art at

c section would be better for when something is the matter. otherwise naturally is suggested.
i would have to say naturally would have less pain because once the baby is out the pain should subside and its over but a c section, even though you are under anesthesia you will have day to weeks to recover and from what i heard when you stand it feels like your insides are going to com out or even on fire.

c-sections is GODS mercy for women who really need them (reasons stated in video) and safe
natural childbirth is GODS blessing ( no pain no gain )

End result? Healthy baby, healthy mama. Giving birth is not test you must either pass or fail. When I had my son many people made me feel like a failure because I didn't go though natural childbirth. With all the hormones coursing through my body at the time, I cried for days...but now I am older and wiser and realize those self-important jerks should mind their own business.

I just thought this video left out some important information and wanted to add some things to present a more complete picture. It bothers me to see information presented supporting the myth that c-sections are safe and easy when statistics say they're not. If you had all the information available to you and made an informed decision to have a c-section because it was the best option available to you, I totally support your choice, just as I would hope you'd support me if I chose a homebirth.
