What about the neuroglia? Or the schwann cells? What about perception and subjective perception? Shouldn't this explanation include divisions that begin with embryo development?

that's soo true, the brain doesn't 'move' and it doesn't have nerve endings so that's why it's painless during brain surgery when it's totally exposed and only a local anesthetic is used.
