Almost right
when we shoot for 1 second at 3000 FPS (frames per second) then we get 3000 frames in one second of real time. then we play it back at 30 frames per second the clip plays for 100 seconds (1.6666 minutes). That is how we get slow motion...

FPS means frames PER SECOND.
If a 4000 fps video lasts for 56 seconds, it doesn't become 224k fps... it is STILL 4000 FPS, even if it was 60 minutes long.
Besides, this video isnt being shown at 4000 fps. It was recorded that way, but is being played back in slow motion so that we can appreciate the details, since our eyes can only distinguish about 24~30 frames per second.
