There is nothing to do with racism, today the world is so global, you can choose what kind of thing you want for you by information. A greek could be nordic paganist, what is the problem with that? You have the right to do anything you want with yourself.

I don't think that every single Odinsman or Odinswoman out there is so as an excuse to be racist; my boyfriend is Asatru and is fulltrui pledged to Odin, and he personally couldn't care less what race anyone is.

He actually has a very funny way of describing his attitude towards race: "There are entirely too many HOT women in this world to bother wasting time figuring out what shade of tan her parents were!" LOL!!

what the lady talks about was to true to me even before I was Asatru. about the connection with nature.

agreed. dont follow odinism. becoause on the one part they only follow Odin, almost to the extent of a monotheistic way. and secondly they are racist neo-nazis. Asatru is the way to go and is what I am.

In sources Niflhel is mentioned as Niflheim, not ot be associated with Hel, the goddess.

The asatru word for Hell was Niflheim or Niebelung and the queen of nifleim was Hel. So it seems that the word was transformed in meaning. She was pretty on one side but ugly on the other just like the batman caracter.
