Awakening to Love
BackAnakha Coman leads us through the realities of fusing the mystical and erotic within ourselves...in actually becoming Love.
From a conversation with Andrew Harvey, her spiritual director, she began a new, committed path of awakening the sacred heart. She now shares what she is learning and experiencing on that journey into embodied love.
One of the aspects of the awakening process she addresses is the disorientation that is an inevitable part of personal transfiguration.
There are four key aspects of this transfiguration, that come out of fusing the mystical and erotic energies:
1) The Christed Heart, the birth of a new heart, a sacred heart...a Christed Heart, a heart capable of unconditioned and unconditional love.
2) Sacramental Perception...in which we are able to perceive all that is as Sacred and all duality melts into the oneness of love.
3) An Illumined Mind...which arises out of losing one's limited mind, receiving an inspired, creative, systemic mind rather than a fear-based, constricted thought system.
4) A Liberated Soul, unbound by past limitations, we are free to move with boundless creativity, love and joy.
As we awakne to Love, we begin experiencing a new freedom
...a new freedom of spirit
...a new freedom of movement
...a new freedom of creativity

The constricted mind I think is created by the environment in affect. This mind keeps us from wholeness, as you say. Therefore it robs us of our true freedom of knowing ourselve truly. We are losing the conditioned mind of this world and back into and yet into a more clear and vital state of clarity. Our true love for one another has been contaminated with all that we live among. There has to be an internal revolution from what is known into what is known to be sacred. Hope I understood.

I pray to God often and tell God that I am dying. I mean this to say that if there is not a change deep within according to what God expects of me, then I will suffer spiritual death due to intellectual death of the mind. I was wondering of how we would treat one another if we knew that this was our last day? I believe we would not be focused anymore upon so many things we tend to hold on to that are revealed to be dangerous to our souls. I just love your videos. Thank you. I thank God for you:)

What I learned within myself upon this was, that love that is being spoken of was as time went on, was buried deep within me with the pains and complications of life. It has taken me a lot of time and effort/conflict to penetrate that love and to embrace it in agreement of its principle in terms of my identity and destiny; and to become at peace with it. I have not yet come into the understanding as yet to know of how to stay there. That is now my major concern. It concerns me with fear.
