Good video, but what he doesn't say is that this isn't really a beginner's exercise. You can't just say "Hey how about I do a Bicycle Crunch right now!". You really need to ease into this and keep your legs higher, or do other ab workouts first until your ready. Studies prove this is the most effective ab workout you can do, so it's not exactly easy.

Ok, wow this is good but it's ehhh harder to do, to begin, this is one of the best ab workouts, start on your back, and lift your leg up high like in this video, then with your other leg, don't lay your foot flat on the ground, but only your heel, keeping your other leg elevated don't rise like a sit-up, but more of a crunch, do this while keeping both legs in place, this is extremely efficient.

yes fatty... your huge. ARE YOU ON CRACK.. your 90 pounds at 4.6 and your asking if your fat? Im 5.6... 1 foot taller than you are and i weight 185 with a body fat % of 12%. so your doing fine.

How about other parts? I do abs exercises 2-3times one week, and other parts 1-2 times. Is it reasonable.
