i think we can agree that this is a good move to add to your daily exercise routine in firming up your obliques. however, the "love handles" are usually the last area to go when you lose fat. So you need to add cardio and lose the fat-all over. This builds lean muscle, which burns calories and fat.

beautiful answer. yes getting in shape requires 1. DIET, eating vegetables, fruits, going easy on the sugar and salt intake, and small meals through out the day 2. EXERCISE, cardio, weight training and stretching 3. being consistent, persistent and realistic. you won't lose your lower belly fat and love handles after running for 5 days straight, it takes at least 30 days before the fat will let go in female bodies

these do work your obliques if you do them right, but as TheSomKid said, you cant just do this every day and think that your gonna get ripped, you have to combine a number of different things to get the real results you want. Great video by the way!

So then how do you get fat off your abs? I've been doing workouts every other day like this and I can feel my abs but I can't really see them. And I got for runs every day I don't have a workout and am pretty slim but I still have no abs. How do I get them?

burn more calories than you consume, eventually you will get your bodyfat level so low you will see your abs (assuming you managed to keep your muscle)

There's a lot more to gettting abs that actually show, The elusive "6-pack". There's a reason you don't sea every other person running around with a "6-pack"

in-take:calorie-out put. But more then that is your diet. i can't stress anough how important a "Proper" diet is.

Lastly, carido is not enough to strip that last bit of fat. You need high intensity works outs mixed with interval training. This will speed up your metabolism. Also, educate yourself!

doing just one exercise won't cut it people. you have to eat right and do cardio and weights. combine the three and you will see great results.
